Pre-screen test (pass/fail) required before you speak with a member of the HR team. Reminiscent of college entrance exams and a personality test. If you do not pass based on their preset criteria you will receive an auto generated email advising they are pursuing other candidates.

Interview
Initial Screening (Recruiter Call): This first step is usually handled by a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter) and serves as the initial filter. Then you have the Hiring Manager Interview, which is scheduled for 45 minutes.

Question 1
The interview covered very basic CSM functions and actions. The director spoke the entire time, and I was left with 5 minutes to ask questions. The biggest red flag was the work hard/ play hard statement. It was not interactive for the interviewee. The offer was not made, and there was no feedback given.

Interview
Somewhat scatty when it came to arranging interviews, but on the ball when the interview took place. Three rounds of interviews but did not get the job. Company policy is apparently not to give feedback as to why candidates did not get the job, which is a real shame.
