I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at NAVEX
Interview
First communication was pleasant and with an outside recruiter. Then comes the test. Big. Red. Flag. Any company that asks that of you off the bat before speaking with anyone is a poor indication of what life would like once hired. It’s also ridiculous to base a hiring decision off a standardized test. Waste of time!
Had one initial meeting with the HR manager and she was pleasant and easy to communicate with. She had a lot of questions typical to a hiring manager due to the internal dynamics of the role
I applied online. I interviewed at NAVEX in Sep 2025
Interview
2 interviews, one being a mock role play, one with the hiring manager. They do want 3 days in office as well and have a bench program where you can sit for months.
30 mins with a recruiter and then a 1-hr meeting with a VP of Sales. Typically there are more steps but an exception was made. An offer was extended a few days later.
