I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NAVEX (Portland, OR) in Mar 2020
Interview
Application->Assessment->1st round (phone screen with corporate recruiter)->2nd round (phone screen with hiring managers)->3rd round (video call with hiring managers).
The process moved very quickly. Everyone was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process. The recruiter I worked with asked several questions and really seemed interested in who I was as a person. As we talked, she pointed me toward a different role that she thought might align better for what I was looking for.
Second/Third round interview with hiring managers- They asked a several behavioral questions and demanded multiple examples. They emphasized the importance of hiring the right person for long-term fit which is why they asked a lot of questions. They asked a lot of questions about what was on my resume to learn about me as a person. They were very nice and I'm excited to join the team!!
I've included some questions that I remember but not all!
