I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at NAVEX (Lake Oswego, OR) in Aug 2015
Interview
I applied online, I promptly received an email acknowledging they received my application and a description of the hiring process, then I was invited to do a personality and knowledge assessment, finally I was invited to have an interview. Communication was done via email. HR keeps a good flow with communication so you pretty much know where you stand in the hiring process.
They are really looking for people who can carry on a conversation and have good writing and grammar skills. They are also looking for people who have strong typing skills and who type quickly.

Interview
Apply online and submit your resume and cover letter. A recruiter will email you an online assessment, that includes a typing test, then you have a phone interview, then an in person interview, and if you are bilingual, you will have a phone session where you will interpret a mock call. At this point you would get an offer letter if you were going to be given the job that will give you the schedule you talked about during your interview and training information. Finally you will then go for a drug test and have a background check done.
