I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at NAVEX in Jun 2020
Interview
The Recruiter reached out to me on Linked In. She was very professional. It was a thorough interview process with multiple stakeholders that I would be supporting in role. Most interviews had 2 participants from NAVEX which created a nice energy.
The interview process is congenial, which is consistent with the collaborative vibe at the company. It's a pretty streamlined process for most roles. Once you get to Director and above, there are more interviews. The interviews aren't difficult per se. They are just an opportunity for key stakeholders to express their opinion on the candidate's fit for the company and the role.
