The reason provided for rejection—a specific skill experience—did not align with the job descriptions or earlier discussions during the process at all. that skill was nowhere to be mentioned in the job poster. I asked if they have female at all in interview panel was totally dismissed when asked later. Super disappointing and proved to be an attept to gate a keep a W.
