Recruiter screening process was friendly and inviting. Had two secondary interviews, one with the hiring manager and a panel interview with peers. Salary negotiations were straightforward and the start date was flexible. The hiring process took some time, but was smooth overall

Interview
Initial interaction was positive - just a phone interview. I liked the interviewer and thought it went well. I was told I would hear back from them early the following week but was ghosted instead.
I recently saw them repost the position on LinkedIn so I'm not really sure what they're looking for. Must not be in a huge rush if they're looking for a unicorn.
