Online psychometric assessments (maths, literacy etc.), video interview, assessment center - all virtual when I undertook these. Video interview was 9 questions where they flashed up on screen and I had 2 mins to prepare and then record my answer. Assessment center last half a day with around 12 people attending.
I applied online. I interviewed at NHS (Birmingham, England) in Nov 2022
Interview
I progressed to a second online assessment, which was more demanding than the first and included about four recorded videos. It was not timed but I think the time taken contributes to your overall score.
