My first interview was over skype with the nhs hospital then post that I had a face to face interview with the employer. Overall interview process was smooth, no major hiccups, interviewers were really friendly.

Interview
Informal at the time but interviewing process very much more stringent now. Was known to the employer at the time due to having done some temporary work there so this made it more infromal as had been working together in the very recent past.
