A mixture of clinical and experience oriented questions. Some questions were "tell me a time when..." and some were knowledge based. Specific examples of situations in the workplace were requried.

Give an example of an SSRI and it's mechanism of action
It was via Teams during the COVID-19 pandemic and the panel consisted of 2 senior pharmacists and a haematology consultant. There were case-based questions and generic interview questions. There was also a clinical scenario on warfarin and risk of bleed.
