Interview
The interviewers were welcoming and made me feel at ease before the interview started. They asked scenario-based questions, behavioural questions and one clinical question. It was a value-based interview, and so I mostly had to emphasise the trust's values and NHS values in every question.

They were looking for answers purely based on post-surgical interventions, which was something I lost marks on as I was giving more generic answers.
It was overall a smooth process; a face to face interview with a mixture of questions relevant to the job role and some scenario questions. Good to revise scenario questions.

Relaxed and informal but some difficult questions and scenarios. All focused around NHS 6C’s. Learn them all and hospitals individual values. Very friendly board members though. Scenario based questions around keeping patients continuing therapy programmes.
