First round is online with a manager. Second round is about an hour process. First is an excel test assessment and mock engagement letter write up. Then an interview with 2 other managers.
It was comprised of four parts. Excel Test, Word Test, Audit Simulation, Interview. Pretty straightforward and the interview itself was quite easygoing. Very conversational. Everyone was kind and it didn’t feel like I was in the hot seat.
First a recruiter will call you and ask you simple basic questions about your experience with excel and microsoft. Then you will get an email inviting you to do a in person interview. The process takes about 3-4 hours. You have go through a audit simulation, excel, and microsoft skills test. The simulation is difficult. Ask the person to slow down and write alot of notes.
