I applied online. I interviewed at NRC Health (Toronto, ON) in Aug 2017
Interview
Applied online, resulting in a phone interview with the talent acquisition specialist in Nebraska, followed by another phone interview with the manager and director of their Toronto office, and finally an in person interview.
I am completely disappointed with how this turned out. All three interviews were met with success, and I received seemingly misleading positive feedback from the second interview, prompting my decision to drive 6 hours to meet the manager and director in person for the third interview. Once there, they described the third interview as "just a formality," and continued to express interest in me. I have taken part in countless job interviews in my life, and never did I feel so strongly that I will be offered a position.
Fast forward 3 weeks later, and I have been ghosted by the talent acquisition specialist in Nebraska, as well as the director in Toronto. No response or feedback, despite the incredibly misleading expectations they harboured. Utterly unprofessional. At least answer my emails or send me a generic rejection letter.
