This process was super stress-free and relatively easy. They were also very quick about getting back to me and I received a job offer within 24 hours after my interview.

Applied online and recieved a Phone interview then Zoom interview. The phone interview was a lot of questions and very quick and the zoom interview was also very relaxed and natural.

The process was a course of 3 different interview phases. First, a written assessment and personality test along with an initial phone interview. Next, an onsite interview with HR and a VP. Last interview, a informal meeting to get to know other team members at NRC. The whole process was very fluid and the interviews mutual dialogue, it wasn't cookie cutter questions.
