The process was a course of 3 different interview phases. First, a written assessment and personality test along with an initial phone interview. Next, an onsite interview with HR and a VP. Last interview, a informal meeting to get to know other team members at NRC. The whole process was very fluid and the interviews mutual dialogue, it wasn't cookie cutter questions.
