I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NTT DATA (Charlotte, NC) in Jun 2020
Interview
Full day of interviews from 9a.m. - 6p.m. with random people from throughout the company (Not HR) that had time in their schedules. One fantastic interviewer, one decent, and one that didn't have any idea what was going on, didn't smile once, not a people person, and was completely uninspiring. Intense interviewing process, 8 behavioral questions each. For such a rigorous interview process I was really let down by their lack of communication. I left the interview feeling confident I got the job. I was told I'd hear back in three days but didn't hear anything for two weeks. A month later I still don't have any feedback.

Question 1
If you were on death row, what would your last meal be?
The interview consisted of two introductory conversations that were more behavioral interview based questions and one interview with the department lead after getting past the two initial interviews. All of the interviewers were very friendly and it felt like a low stress process throughout.

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you took initiative on a project.
Two phone interviews, then was flown out (pre-pandemic) for an in-person interview. The in-person interview was split into interviews with three different people. Everyone was friendly and overall I enjoyed it, but the bad part was waiting to hear a response about an offer; they kept pushing the date back by a week, so I didn’t get a final word until almost 7 weeks after my final interview.

Question 1
Describe a situation where you were challenged; how did you handle it?
Very easy initial phone screen, but recruiter seemed extremely disinterested in the conversation like she did not even want to be there. Never experienced anything like this before, and it was very bizarre.
