I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NVA in Nov 2024
Interview
I applied through Indeed and completed 5 interviews total. The first was a phone screen with a recruiter, then I had a phone call with the regional operations manager, then an in-person interview with the regional ops manager and the medical director, then I had a zoom interview with a multi-site manager and division leader, lastly I had a final interview with the medical director in-person. The whole process took about a month and the interviews were very drawn out, but I could tell they were being very selective.
