Interview
I should have read the reviews before I interviewed. I would have declined. I participated in a lengthy interview process that took place over a month. The first step was a phone screen with a field recruiter. The recruiter was incredibly responsive. My next conversation was with the senior operations manager. I was then invited me to speak with an administrative director who worked in the region I applied in. Finally, I participated in an onsite interview with the senior operations manager, hospital leader, and three managing directors (Veterinarians) for an hour and a half.
I was told that I would receive a response within 10 days. That did not happen. Two weeks passed, and I reached out to the senior ops manager. They apologized for the delay and told me I was still a candidate. Two more weeks passed, and there was no communication. Another couple of weeks passed, and I saw that the role was no longer posted. Two weeks later, I finally received a generic rejection email. The rejection email was sent one month after I was told I would receive a response about the role.

Interview
Very fluid, easy process. One phone interview, one in person. Interviewer was very kind and very courteous. Made me feel comfortable about the job and place.I would do it all again if I could.
I applied online. I interviewed at NVA (Minneapolis, MN) in Jan 2019
Interview
I had two phone interviews, one from a recruiter and one from a regional director. I thought both people were friendly, knowledgeable, and succinct. They asked very good questions and allowed me to answer and ask questions myself. They understood clearly if I had already covered the answer to a question. And they were both very good about talking about their company culture and expectations.
