NVA is a corpate company but essentially lets the practice that it buys work how they wish. The interview at NRH, Tx was very basic and not hard. Had a job offer at the end (heavily hinted at) and then offered to do an observation. Observation was very interesting and I got to see how they handle aggressive dogs (one got lose and they dragged it off) along with how they do some surgeries. Eventually I learned they do cat declaws, which I disagree with and discussed w/ the manager. I ended up withdrawing my application later, and then they decide to email me a denial.
The pay and work I had to do compared to where I am now was very poor. They couldn't do more than $13 an hr for a vet receptionist w/ experience.
