      Director, Operations Management Interview

      May 14, 2022
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at NVA in Feb 2022

      Interview

I participated in 7 separate 1 hour interviews from the recruiter to a future peers to several executives The role changed mid interview process from one practice to another and I sensed a general disconnect from the recruiter to the business. Also online testing and a case study. Unclear who or how they make decisions. Very slow process. Lots of overhead. This is why your vet bill is now $500+ every time you go! Someone has to pay for the overhead.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Tell me what in your past experience qualifies you for this role? A vet rents space he wants to rent back to you and the company for a new practice - how would you handle? Is this a conflict of interest?
