The interview went much better than I expected. They have a very good benefits package and seem to care a lot about mentorship which is very important as a new vet.
Average. Zoom interview with clinic team. No interference from corporate in interview. Corporate did communicate largely through recruiter when discussing salary, site selection, etc., and reached out to coordinate working interview (externship) with clinic.
