6 total stakeholders: one recruiter, one future-peer, four senior managers/directors. Scheduling was manual, but quick; calls were somewhat informal, but informative. The nature of this specific role arguably required that many different perspectives, and each conversation was uniquely helpful in the process.

As expected. Phone. Zoom (due to covid), finally a personal. 3 different people by phone. Only one from the actual site, the others were higher up managers. The upper managers asked questions that made me feel they didn't really have any industry experience but were more "corporate."

First screening interview via phone, then a second interview that was scheduled to be virtual but the interviewer decided via phone was ok. Third interview, also another phone interview. Refreshing that they did not need to see you, so not forming preconceived bias.
