I applied online and received an email fairly quickly asking me to interview. The initial interview was one-on-one with one of the people the role reports to. It has been months and I've not heard a word. Obviously I've not gotten through to later rounds, but they've reposted the job twice since and have not directly let me know of my candidacy, despite me following up twice. Rude, disrespectful, and insulting. The least they could do is send a short email. Just gross.
