The interview process for this instructor position was quite simple and straightforward. The interviewer was extremely approachable and made the entire experience very comfortable. They asked a few basic questions, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed, which made it much easier to engage in the conversation and express my ideas.

There were 3 rounds throughout the process. The first was with two managers who followed a list of pre-identified questions. The second round was a group interview with 5 team members, followed by a presentation I had to give to 30+ on a product and how it could be used and scaled in higher education. The final round was with the Director.

Three rounds of interviews, each about two weeks apart. HR -> project lead -> team panel. All were friendly, engaged, and clearly passionate about NYU as an employer and educational institution. Communication dwindled at the tail end of the process. Questions were standard.
