The first process of the interview was with the HR department, then after a couple of days, I was followed by a technical interview with the engineering manager. The technical interview consisted mostly of logic testing and problem-solving skills. The technical interview lasted longer than I expected around half an hour.

First interview at one of their field offices. Casual setting, interviewed with area manager. Mostly behavioral questions, a few questions to gauge general knowledge of the drilling process. Secondary interview with corporate office with some off-the-wall questions. Secondary interview was over the phone.
