I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NaphCare (Santa Ana, CA) in Oct 2014
Interview
It was simple, they want to know if you know what your doing, explain that it is dangerous, and can always be at risk but still protected. They let you know that only 2 lvns take care of over 600 patients, and 1 RN during you whole shift. (but now that i work there basically, its up to the lvns, because the RN are busy, i mean only 1 RN to do so much!)
