Interview
I was called on the phone had a general chit chat type of conversation which led to why did I want to work in corrections, then how many years of nursing experience did I have, and what type of nursing background did I have, then I was asked to a formal in person interview.

Interview
It was simple, they want to know if you know what your doing, explain that it is dangerous, and can always be at risk but still protected. They let you know that only 2 lvns take care of over 600 patients, and 1 RN during you whole shift. (but now that i work there basically, its up to the lvns, because the RN are busy, i mean only 1 RN to do so much!)
