I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Natera (Austin, TX)
Interview
Three rounds of interview in total. Most of the questions were behavioral: prior experience, organization skills, dealing with complications in group settings, prioritization of goals, and your strengths. Also had some technical questions like have you worked with calibrating certain lab equipment and how did you do them.

The interview process started with the recruiter. Then, there is an interview involving a series of behavioral + probability questions.
