I received an invitation to answer the HireVue assessment on a Thursday. I completed that 2 days later, on Saturday. 2 days after that, on Monday, I received a call from recruiter to get some more information about me, availability, previous experience, and set up interview with 2 managers for Wednesday that week. I was assigned a simulation assessment that needed to be completed before interview. I completed it and didn’t see results. Wednesday, I had my interview with two managers, about 1 hour long interview. They were asking several questions, and it was probably one of the most tedious interviews I’ve ever had. At the end, they told me they wanted to proceed and set up a second interview. The next day I got a call directly from the regional manager to have an interview with him the following day (Friday). This interview went well and was offered the position the next week.

Was about three total interviews. First was a self audio recording answering work related questions. Second was a phone call with a claims manager asking you more personal questions to get to know you while also asking employment questions. Then if they are somewhat interested in you it’ll be followed by video call with a higher up after that if you’re selected you’ll receive a final phone call that leads to and offer.

Mine went fairly quick. I received a call on Monday morning, I was told that my performance on the assessment would determine if there would be another phone call. This was then followed up by an assessment later that afternoon that I received through a link. First official interview was on Tuesday afternoon with three different managers. I never got to see the results of my assessment so I assume that it went well. Wednesday was a final interview with the lead of the department. Everyone was super nice and asked me insightful conversations. It felt like they genuinely wanted to get to know me and not like they were interviewing hundreds of candidates and that I was just a number. All of the interviews felt like a conversation and not an interrogation.
