I had a interview last week and thought the questions were quite straightforward. I was very keen to be employed by such a well known company but knew the competition against other competitors was going to be tough. I received a phone call today advising I wasn't successful and I actually felt angry, upset and thought to myself whats the point trying when I knew I was probably up against people with more experience or internal employees. I even emailed the interviewees a thank you email, and laugh to myself whats the point in saying thank you when I wasn't even given a chance. They also say at the start of the interview there is no right or wrong answer, but obviously there is!!
