Generally, if you are Hofstra graduate, you will immediately get a call from Tatiana who was an alum and then they do the onsite interview. The position I was offered was a year-round internship and many of the Hofstra alum's have did this position , so the first step is really very easy

The interviewer asked me about my undergraduate skills like C# and VBA and some really technical questions about it which were difficult to answer

Interview was so intense, I was asked basic standard competency questions, but was surprisingly sprung 2 technical questions at the end. The job advert or the HR I had contacted said there would be no technical questions. So I was a bit taken back.
