I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at National Grid (Brooklyn, NY)

Interview

First I took a test at the local workforce 1 office. There was a typing test and a computer test where it simulated customer calls. After passing an interview was set up through an HR rep. The interview didn't take too long maybe 20-30 minutes. After working this position the full time customer service role did not need a new interview.
