After interviewing for a Senior Data Analyst position the prior day, I was told at my follow up interview that the position had now been changed to a Policy and Regulations Position. Even though the job posting was for a Senior Data Analyst Position and we had spent an hour the day before interviewing for the Senior Data Analyst Position, the next day the job had changed. (In one day, the job I was applying to was a different one, working for a different part of the group, with completely different requirements and responsibilities, and this is what was being told to me at my follow up interview). Coincidentally, policy & regulations happened to be what my male colleague had started to work on this year, per the boss's direction (and this colleague had also interviewed for this position). So huge tip when interviewing at National Grid, beware of the job changing after your initial interview in order to suit the candidate of the boss's choice. And the only question you'll be asked afterwards, is if you still would like to be considered, even though all the answers you provided were for the first job that was posted, not the one it changed into overnight.

I had a 15 minute phone screening; standard question. Next is phone call with hiring manager. Some specific questions related to the work (data analysis type), and some generic ones like tell me about yourself.
