There were 4 stages of the interview: 1. The initial questionnaire if you had the correct qualifications etc. (if you do, you'll get through) 2. Online skills test 3. Recorded video interview (through website, you record your interview, questions asked, usually get 3 attempts to do each question / scenario). 4. Live video interview (formally the assessment centre). You get given a document and then have 45 minutes to make a decision based on a scenario (quick reading and a calculator are essential) and then do a 10 minute presentation, followed by being asked questions about it, then questions based on experience and National Grid's values etc.
