There were two non-techinical, informal interviews describing yourself and hearing about the role. I did the first interview, was told that I would hear back within a few days and the process would involve only the person I dealt with. Was ghosted for 2 weeks after sending an email to follow up with that person. Then received a second round interview from another employee, it went well and again was told I would hear back in a few days. Heard nothing, had to chase them down for an answer. They were not coordinated, communication was subpar and disrespectful of my time.
