I went through the telephone conversation with a lot of ambient noises and in a rush, as it seems they did it like in a very casual way. Never expected such an unplanned interview.

Interview
The initial phone interview consisted of the HR recruiter focusing on what was missing in the job description and why I should be more interested in the opportunity. The job description was so vague and written towards someone in a much more junior field. The face to face interview with 2 Managers lasted less than 40 minutes and an offer was extended to me on the ride out of the parking lot.
