Prior to the virtual interview an HR rep was supposed to call me for an introductory chat and never did. I never received an email explaining why the person never called or an apology. I found that to be incredibly unprofessional and inconsiderate. I then met with three people virtually for an interview. The interview was an hour long. One of the people in the interview was wearing a hot sauce t-shirt. I also found that to be incredibly unprofessional. The other person in the interview made all of her questions about how other people in my current and previous roles felt when I performed duties or tasks within my role. It was just strange and unprofessional from the beginning.
