They opened with some basic chat, and asked basic questions like "Tell me a time when you worked in a group etc", they then asked some technical questions regarding NG, such as transmission and distribution line architecture, along with details about national grid (8 Million customers) and where they work (Midlands, South Wales and southwest)

Asked several questions that were challenging to answer. Others didn't seem to relate to engineering at all. Also required you to play games to test your IQ. Didint really allow to properly showcase skills or projects.

It was a video interview, it was ok, kind of awkward because on camera, but it was fin, other than that part of the interview. I also was not used to video interviews as well so that played a factor.
