Initial phone call with hiring manager, asked questions about myself and why I was looking for a new job, why national grid, if I had any questions. This was just the initial phone interview

I enjoyed an introduction to my management team on the phone before our in-person interview. During telephone interactions, I was fortunate to be dealing with a team of employees who spoke the same professional language as me. We reviewed the job requirements, qualifications, and discussed the overlap between the experience that I bring to the position. The in-person interview was a more in-depth follow up, where we expanded upon the job demands with respect to organizational goals.
