I was selected for their assessment centre, Consisting of three different types of interviews, Case study interview with one-to-one, A Group session with a group of 4/3 candidates with three assessors. finally, a one to one interview.

Interview
Automated interview with pre-recorded questions. All questions were situation based - no technical questions. concluded with some numbers games to assess numeracy ability. Was ill during the week I was alowed to complete the interview and was not permitted to change the date.

How would you prepare for a presentation if you had no interest in the topic.
Overall process was slow but when it comes to the assessment centre the response and the interview itself was set and done smoothly with a response within 2 weeks. Just remember answer with their values in mind, you may as well state a values in your responses and they’ll give it a tick
