The discussion focused on my background, technical experience, and project work, along with some behavioral questions. The atmosphere was professional and conversational rather than overly formal.
I was notified of the offer in mid-August. The pre-employment process, including the drug test, was completed in early September, and I officially started in October. Overall, the timeline from application to start date was about four months.
