Initially I got an auto-reject email to the role I had applied to. A few days later the recruiter reached out and said they wanted to interview me. I then had a meeting with the hiring manager which went well and then got asked to do a panel interview with other team members. They explained that I would hear back in 1-2 weeks. I never did so I chased and asked for an update and never got a response. That was now over 6 weeks ago. I totally understand if I am not the candidate that they select but it seems courteous to let those who made it far in the process if they did or did not make it. Good communication seems to be lacking.
