National Multiple Sclerosis Society Development Manager interview questions

I applied. They emailed. We chatted over the phone. They did most of the question asking but gave me time to ask some as well. First interview was with an HR person. Next with some of the higher-ups. Final interview was a panel format.

Applied online maybe 10 times for the same position, they kept reposting the job for about 2 months. Phone Call & Virtual after initial contact. Email communication. Very disappointed that the recruiter was judgemental, and although I did not disclose in our talk that I'm neurodivergent, because I shouldn't have to, I was openly discriminated against. For a medical org, recruiters should be more empathetic and understanding of all individuals instead of judgy.
