Applied online maybe 10 times for the same position, they kept reposting the job for about 2 months. Phone Call & Virtual after initial contact. Email communication. Very disappointed that the recruiter was judgemental, and although I did not disclose in our talk that I'm neurodivergent, because I shouldn't have to, I was openly discriminated against. For a medical org, recruiters should be more empathetic and understanding of all individuals instead of judgy.
