Interview
They boasted about how GREAT NSM is and making me feel that I should be honored to work for them... told me about all the GREAT things they had (i.e. pay, commission,benefits,time-off, etc.) to offer me, but once I saw and reviewed their "Non-Compete Contract" was a hole new ball game. Very disappointing to say the lease. Was not cracked up to be what they said and very convoluted. Was told this is their offer and was no room for negotiation only later to find out that this was not truthful. Told me everything I wanted to hear and how GREAT it will be...
