There were plenty of opportunities to speak with different contacts, such as talent acquisition, managers and the team, during the application phase. The discussions were challenging, but by no means stressful, and were very helpful in getting to know each other better.

I applied online. The first step was a phone screen with the head of the NY office. After that I was invited in two times for 1:1 interviews with the US team. In addition to the standard interviews in-person interviews, there was one online interview with a member of the German team and a case interview. After all that, they checked my references and the offer letter soon followed. The whole process did not take very long.

They asked most of the standard questions about my background and my interest in the technology. I was well prepared and the process was fairly painless. Just approach them with honesty and a healthy curiosity about the technology.
