The interview was straightforward. It was conducted via skype. There were three hiring managers present. They offer both in-person interviews and web-based interviews. They were professional and courteous. I think they asked me about five or six questions which were all pretty standard. Anyone interested in group home counseling could get a feel for the type of questions to expect by doing some research.
