Description Since 1966, Navos has been responding to the needs of people with mental illness in King County. We offer a full spectrum of services to more than 11,000 low-income children, youth, and adults from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds annually. With our partners, we are the public mental health provider for over 40% of all youth served in the King County community mental health system and are one of the largest providers of community mental health services in Washington State.
