The interview ended after about seven minutes. The interviewer stated that overtime is a requirement for this role, as well as for other positions, and asked whether I would be comfortable working significantly beyond standard hours. When I responded that I was not willing to commit to regular overtime and noted that such expectations may conflict with Dutch labor regulations, the interview was immediately ended. The experience came across as unprofessional and raised concerns about the company’s hiring practices and expectations.
