I was hired prior to the grand opening so things may be diffrwnt now. Although the multible choice personality test is still the key to getting a job at NFM. Don't underestimate it... I understand alot of people don't make it pass the test faze, but If you do well on the test you're almost guaranteed a job.
I have 17 years of experience and I guess I did well on the test because my interview was more of a formality. The interviewer asked me a few standard questions, but spent most of the 20 minutes selling me on the job. After the interview I was sent directly to HR with a piece of paper with scribble on it. I set down with a lady in HD where I was offered the position I wanted with the starting pay I asked for.

Be on your A Game! Be social and dress sharp. I came with resume and questions to ask. I also wrote a cover letter describing why I want to work there and why they would want to hire me. A resume is just the facts, but a cover letter is the "why".
was generally good, the sales manager seemed a little arrogant and demeaning of competition. seemed kind of strange being the new guy in such a large market. they may become alot bigger in the marketshare, but for now i don't think so much
